Good morning everyone, I have some exciting — and also - sad news to tell you today. First, I am going to Bloomberg as a Senior Editor. And I am going to use that (much larger) platform to share my views on the macro economy and financial markets. I am really excited about it too. It’s a great team of people I am joining and so many resources to help me write good market and economic analysis. So that’s the good news, the really good news!
There are many people who write but few that bring clarity and a deep understanding. You have contributed significantly to my knowledge through CW and RVDB, and for that I’ll always be appreciative!
Ed… Congratulations! You are talented and you will continue to be successful. I’m looking forward to seeing you continue to contribute value to our world.
When I heard your announcement last night on RVDB, I was excited but thought "at least I'll still have CW." Oh well. Ed, I am glad you have such a great opportunity and am so grateful for what you have given me. ~Mark
Ed, you are the closest thing to a crystal ball. I am really sad that you are leaving, but I know it's best for you. You are an inspiration to me. Thank you for your dedication. Hopefully you will one day become Treasury Secretary or Chairman of the Fed.
Congratulations! While you're commentary here will be sorely missed, we all appreciate how much energy you have put in over the years. It has been quite remarkable. Thank you for your insight, and your direction in these markets. Best of luck in the new endeavor!
Really enjoyed you on RVDB your thoughtful analysis of the pandemic and markets was so welcome. You and Ash and the others kept me company during the lockdown
Good Luck Ed! I'll certainly miss your commentary here.
Congratulations Ed!
